Our classes are structered for everyone wanting to learn MMA, from the beginner level, to people just wanting to get in shape, to fighters wanting to add to their skills. Our condtioning drills, and circuit training is a great workout while learning skills needed to protect yourself and losing that weight you have been wanting to get rid of!

Our 5,000 square foot facility with drop down heavy bag system holds 6 huge heavy bags for your training needs. Along with 5 focus master systems for all your striking needs. Our front room consists of a real octagon cage for your training needs. We have plenty of MMA equipment and training wear at our proshop for your protection. Whether you are new to training, just want to get back in shape, or have more competitive aspirations in mind, we have a program designed especially for you. We have your goals in mind, and will strive to meet and exceed them together in a safe, clean, & fun environment.

Our classes consist of kickboxing, muay thai, no gi grappling, and wrestling. All aspects of MMA training.
