Person [Z] Age Requirements and limits

What are the age requirements for begginers. Children and seniors? When can my child start taking Karate and could my Mom start if she is in her late 50's?

Children at the age of 4 can start. With a little patience and bringing them to their required classes, time and getting them use to going will make a huge difference. Once they see they HAVE to go even if they don't want to sometimes makes them understand that it is routine now.  When thy make it to class, they usually end up fine! At later age they will learn faster

putting them early is great! It also shows them how to focus on one thing.

Senior Adults ... Sure any age can take. What we do is break down the regular workout schedule to their needs.

Little slower paced. More stretching. Which we make sure what they are seeking when they come.

Just got to come in for free class and try.

Hope this helps!

My son was 3 1/2 when he started. I knew from past experience that he would do ok. There was a time when he didnt want to come, so I didnt force him, but when he stated that he wanted to come to another class, I made him understand the importance of committment. The instructors here are superb. They will work with your child and you will notice the difference.
